Returns and Refunds Policy:
- Returns for Store Credit: We accept returns in exchange for store credit within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the item is unworn and undamaged.
- Faulty Items: If an item arrives faulty (broken or damaged), we will issue a refund. However, due to the nature of some items being repurposed, we have implemented a rigorous return process to ensure that the item is unaltered and unworn.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at info@tara-maya.com. Please allow 24-72 hours for a response. Returns requested outside of the 14-day window cannot be processed.
- Return Eligibility: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without prior authorization.
- Return Shipping: Please note that return shipping costs are currently not covered by TARA MAYA. Customers are responsible for shipping returned items back to us.
